Ward facilities and environmental maintenance

1. Nursing staff call bell

There are "call bells" at the bedside of each hospital bed and in the bathroom. By pressing the red button, you can talk to the nursing station staff.

2. Hospital bed use

- Electric bed: You can use the remote control to adjust the head and foot of the bed to avoid pinching.

- Bed rails: For patients and children who are at risk of falling, please ask their families to pull up the bed rails at any time.

3. Two-purpose bed for sitting and sleeping

- Use time: 8pm to 7am the next day, 12pm to 2pm.

- Please fold and put it away during the rest of the time to avoid affecting medical and cleaning work.

4. Environmental maintenance

- Smoking is prohibited in the hospital, and cooking or using personal electrical appliances such as electric pots, induction cookers, and mobile phone chargers is prohibited in the wards to avoid power outages or fire alarms.

- Please cooperate in maintaining the peace of the ward, lower the volume of conversations and videos, and strictly prohibit children from playing or running in the ward and in the corridors to avoid affecting the rest of other patients.

- Our hospital is completely non-smoking, and strictly prohibits gambling, drinking, bringing pets, dangerous goods and legal contraband into the hospital to prevent infectious diseases and disturbing the peace. The police will be notified when necessary.

5. Supplies and Equipment

- There are coin-operated washing machines, dryers, and dehydrators in the laundry room. Please bring your own change for use. Please do not dry clothes in the ward or in the stairwell by the safety door.

- There are water dispensers and food insulation hot boxes in the tea room. Please be careful when using them to avoid burns.

- Our hospital provides bed sheets, quilts and pillows for patients to use. In principle, bed covers and quilts are changed once a week. Families and caregivers should bring their own quilts and pillows. If necessary, they can rent them from the nursing station, but washing fees will be charged.

- If you need to borrow strollers, IV stands, TV remote controls, ice pillows and related assistive devices (such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc.), please contact the nursing station.

1. Instructions for hiring special nurses/care attendants

When changing or terminating, please contact the nursing staff at the nursing station to contact you on your behalf.

2. Instructions for companionship and visiting patients in the ward

- Our hospital is open for regular visiting hours: general wards, please leave the ward before 10 p.m. so as not to disturb the patient's rest. Children under 12 years old are advised not to visit the hospital to prevent infection.

- According to regulations, patients are not allowed to ask for leave or stay out during hospitalization. If there is a special event that requires temporary leave from the hospital, the doctor must obtain consent and fill in the "Patient Temporary Leaving the Hospital Form".

- If the main caregiver needs to go out temporarily and leaves the patient alone in the ward, please notify the nurse.

3. Prevent theft

The hospital ward is a public place. Please keep your valuables, cash and mobile phones safe and take them with you when you leave the ward to avoid theft.

4. Evacuation and shelter in emergencies

The nutrition room of our hospital provides you with diet, including:
